Multiple layers of virtual reality. Participants experienced the takayna rainforest, first, as an immersive surround projection and then through virtual reality headsets. While they were wearing the headsets, the projection around them changed to a section of the rainforest that had been clear-felled.
Experienced by over 600 Mona Foma attendees in 2019 with constant queues throughout the festival.
Featuring an interactive soundtrack composed and performed by Jim Moginie of Midnight Oil.
